Ok so here's my situation. I am a 22 year old male U.S. citizen. I graduated from high school in 2009 with excellent grades and scores on the SAT I and SAT II subject tests in French, Spanish, Literature, and Biology. Then I went to college for two years, during which time I was suffering from clinical depression, so my grades were pretty bad, including most of my science grades. Now I want to get into medical school, and I need to get in this year by the end of 2013 for complicated family reasons. I've been accepted to the Gulf Medical University in Ajman, UAE. However, I'd much prefer to go to a school with a better reputation and where there's a decent chance of getting a US residency afterwards. Could I transfer from GMU to another school after my first or second year? Where else can I get in? I'm open to all possibilities around the world.

I can't return to a non-medical college to complete the second two years of my BA. However, I could earn a BA by September by transferring my existing credits to Charter Oak State College, taking their intro course, taking a lot of tests for college credit, and doing some courses online and transferring that credit as well to Charter Oak. I could pass the 90 credit mark doing just that by September. If I also took the GRE in biology for 24 credits, I could graduate from Charter Oak State College with a BA or **.

Any advice would be deeply appreciated.
