Am a 3rd semester looking for a female room mate ,apartment is 10 min walk from ICB, near parks and Starbucks, room is freshly painted complete with ceiling fan, apartment building is quite and clean apartment is furnished with kitchen and cook ware,furniture, internet, has a upstairs private laundry room complete with washer and dryer
rent would be 3,500 pesos per month,
gas (for cooking and hot water) is about 200-300 pesos per month
electricity is about 400 pesos every 2 months
internet and cable is about 250 pesos per month.
One thing I should mention I have a dog he is quite, clean and friendly but just wanted to mention that.
