There's a room for rent with all utilities, fios TV, fios internet, laundry, and AC included for rent 4 blocks (2 min drive, 15 min walk) from WAH. It will be available from the 10th of June until September. I currently live here and the other roommate is a graduate student. However, it is not furnished. The rent per month is $675.
