Just a heads up for all students that will be attending AUC or are thinking of getting a unit from developer St. Maarten Immo. This company owns units in both Porto Cupecoy, Adventura, Blue Marine in Maho and other places. They will not refund your deposit. They are being sued by HBN Law in Phillipsburg and they have taken more than $8000 form students in the form of unreturned Deposit money. The GM is Sebastian Belity, Gaby Eugene, and Allison Boston. If you are currently with them my advice is to not pay your rent until you can confirm that you will get your deposit back.
