Hi my name is Suzzette Alio, i am a 25 year old Puertorican medical student that speaks both english and spanish. I am currently finishing my sixth semester, soon to be in seventh semester. I am looking for a female roommate of any incoming semester to take over one of the empty rooms in my apartment. I would like her to be: studious, organized, considerate of personal space and other belongings. I am not looking for some one interested in partying and bringing over random guest to the apartment.
I live in a three bedroom apartment, with two bathrooms and two parking spaces. The apartment is on the third floor, includes a laundry room, living room, dinning room and a fairly spacious kitchen. The rent is 5,000 Mx ( not divided by two) maintenance is 320 Mx per month with water included. Apart from rent and the maintenance fee there are bills that must be paid separately. These are; gas 500 mx every other month, internet is 389 mx per month, cleaning lady every two weeks 250 mx and electricity runs about 350 Mx also every other month. The maintenance and bills will be divided by two. The apartment is located next to San Javier and Terranova Hospitals and Plaza Terranova (small shopping mall with a super market). Pharmacies, cafes, and restaurants are all walking distance.
Both of my roommates are leaving the apartment for different reasons in early July and I would like to rent one of the rooms out. The apartment is fully furnished, it includes a refrigerator, microwave, plates, pots and pans, television, couches, and a washing machine. Also, one of my roommates is that is moving out is selling her bed, desk, night stands, books, etc. So if you are interested in buying the furniture from her, I am more than willing to send photographs so that can be arranged. All of the furniture and items in the common space are available to use.
My street address is Quebec 605-6 cross street with Jose Bonifacio Andrada, Col. Providencia. The apartment is about 6 blocks from ICB (medical school campus where the first two years are completed). If you choose to walk to school, it would take no more than ten minutes to get there.
I have a dog, his name is Gofio, he is a cocker spaniel. He is very sweet, obedient and loving.
I am more than willing to send pictures of the apartment. The room is available starting July 15. I would like to note that although the apartment has three bedrooms, I am only looking for one roommate. Hence, this person will have their own bedroom and bathroom. I am open to calls, emails, Skype...whatever you need to make your transition to UAG more comfortable.
