International Medical School Milan VS. Charles University First Faculty

Hi,

I recently completed the IMAT test for the Medical English program in Milano where out of 20 places I am at 17, but I am still waiting for my acceptance. I have also written the entrance exam for the first faculty in Prague where I have received an accepted place. I never thought I would be able to chose which University I should go to and now I'm having trouble deciding. The price for Milano is much better than for the Czech Republic, and I would prefer to learn Italian rather than Czech but at the end of the day I want to go to the University that offers a better education as well as offers for jobs when I am done with medicine. Please help me with the pro's and con's of each University so I can make a choice. I read on earlier threads that Humanitas is still new in Milano and PBL is their method of learning and that because they are new they do not know what they are doing. What is the system in Prague? I also decided to look at the Universities ranking. The University of Milano was listed very high up whereas Charles University wasn't even on the list.

Please help! I really do want to make the best choice for my future.
