I am selling EVERYTHING in my home as package deal. My car is also for sale (not part of the package) and my house will be available for rent in July. The house is 3/2.5 on 1st floor and it has a service room with another full bath upstairs. The house is completely furnished and would be perfect for 2 people to rent together or you could even have a 3^rd roommate if you want. The house has a backyard and an enclosed private 2 car garage. It's within walking distance to a convenience store, supermarket, coffee shop and restaurants. Best of all, it is LITERALLY a 5-minute walk (½ a block) from the house to your seat in the classroom, it’s so close you can see ICB (the medical school campus) if you pop your head out the front door. Very convenient- no traffic to deal with in the mornings! Here is what is included in the house package:

Car:1996 Honda Civic – Green, Mexico/Jalisco plates, automatic transmission, AC, 4 doors. It is a VERY basic car but will get you where you need to go without any problems. $2200 USD (or MXP equiv.)
Rent: $11,000 MXP per month if you are interested in renting the house. (This could be convenient so you don’t have to move anything)
House Package: $2,500 USD (or MXP equiv)
If you want both the House package + car: $4,500 USD (or MXP equiv) *I'm making this deal because it would make it easier for me to sell everything together and not hassle with selling everything individually*

It’s a fully furnished home, and you would only need to bring your clothes and materials for school. I know it’s hard to move to a different country and just shell out money to a random stranger so if you would like to see photos, ask me any questions or speak the landlord to make sure things are legit please don’t hesitate to ask.
