Ireland: EU family member from EU med school

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and found this forum very helpful.
So here are my details and question:

I am an African citizen married to an EU citizen and about to finish my Internship from Hungary. After I graduate, we plan to move to Ireland to start my career as a doctor.

I have checked HSE website, Ireland and couldn't find any job at the moment for junior doctors.
My question is whether I can apply job as Training Specialist division or as an S.H.O.?

Also, how long can it take to register with Irish Medical Council (IMC) and approximate time to find a job?

Maybe someone who recently moved to Ireland can guide me through this. I will be highly grateful to you all.
