we are looking for a roomate to move in with us so we have a master bedroom available for 4800 pesos..its really nice and luxurious..has a balcony with the view of the park and two streets..10 minute walking distance to ICB and 15 minute drive to HAL..our apartment is on the second floor..every room has its own bathroom..there is a parking garage with a reserved parking spot for each person..building has a security guard at all times..all 3 rooms have remote controlled air conditioning..really close to all the restaurants and malls..gym is 5 minutes walking distance and a park next to us with basketball courts..we are looking for someone to move within a week maximum..we are going to have to pay a deposit so with 3 of us then we can split in 3 and that will be easier and cheaper for everyone..if interested please feel free to contact me via email or call/text..my name is shawn
