Looking for opportunity :)

I am MD, specialist in radiation oncology (non-EU). I look for opportunity to work in EU or other western european country.

Now, what I already know - 1. USA, Canada, UK ask for complete medical and specialist diploma nostrification;
2. EU and western european countires ask from complete to partial nostrification (plus in both cases very high level of language knowledge is needed in order to get practice license...Example: B2 of
knowledge in German language (for work permit in Germany) or excellent level of Bergen-test advanced, professional level for work permit in Norway - questionable if many of native Norwegians can
achieve it).

So, bottom line If someone wants to get there needs to reserve 4-6 years of his life for complete nostrification and at least 3-4 years for incomplete nostrification and language intensive learning. Even then, if you have no contact, you may end without work in foreign country.

Despite my attempts for gathering informations on internet about getting to work and salary, I got very little, except for some sites where such, but limited info was openly shared. Because in order to undertake such life-changing and immense nerve/time consuming endeavour, all available info is needed, but also a proper motivation to achieve planned goals.

1.How to come in position to work (many official sites give regulations, but none of the sites give guidance when and how to apply or arrange potential job)?
2.When you get (if you get at all) what will be your reward (salary/income compensation there), for all changes and brainstorming endured (many sites give rounded or inaccurate values)?

Regarding first question...how many mails are needed to hospitals and radiotherapy centers to send and have positive answer? (contact or blind luck is needed?)
As for second question, please share some accurate info about EU countires that are in a need for doctors (exclude UK), example neto salary, extra hours allowed = yes/no, night duties - compensated in money or in day-off only? Also, if possible, whole formula salary+work years compensation+complexity of workplace+night duties (from all then deducted tax%) = final number of take-home income, pls :)

As previously said, there are many info, but not all accurate. And in order to undertake all previously mentioned, it is pointless everything, just to end in same financial status or just a little bit better (considering higher costs of life with 2-4x (even 5-10x in certain cities) higher prices in general, depending on city and EU country).

Thanks in advance to all replies, info, advices and comments.
