Need budget advise for Windsor

I have been out of med school since 2010.
Trying to save money to complete med school. I have kids and other commitments.
I need to complete just one semester of Basic sciences, and of-course the rest of the clinical's.

a)I am trying to calculate the tuition fee I will need to complete my MD at Windsor.
b)I am also trying to figure out the amount of money I will for being on the island for one semester.
c)Also the money that I will need for USMLE prep semester in Illinois .
d)And the rotation expenses that I will incur.


I have saved 30k till date, which I plan to pre-pay, so I can lock in the tuition fees.

Please help me out. And my apologies , if my post is offensive to anyone.
