license to practice question (with MBBS)

hey everyone,
i'm a US citizen currently thinking about going to study in Australia (didn't get in to the US)

I was wondering if anyone knew the process of getting licensed as an MBBS? Do all the states
allow one with MBBS to practice medicine given they did passed the USMLE?

if you can point where I can go to look up this information that would be great, I don't mind
looking up the info myself
