There are6 VERY CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL, and fully furnished apartments for rent. These apartments are secure (bars on ALL the windows & dead bolts on EVERY door) and an iron gate that slides open/close. These features are very important to mention, because though some apartments have a deadbolt, they actually cannot lock and are there only for aesthetics.
These apartments all have 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, a Spacious Kitchen and living area as well as a balcony. The apartments are completely tiled throughout.
Some of the apartments have a washing machine tucked away in a private area in the apartment; while others have a private basement which houses a washing machine and a storage area.
All apartments are $1,100.00 USD/month (water and propane is inclusive). These are GREAT apartments - This is the most you will get for your dollar on the island, it is VERY affordable when you consider the options out there! The Kitchen comes fully-equipped with all of its supplies (plates, toaster, blender, stove/oven, fridge, dinning utensils, etc.). Cleaning ladies are also assigned to clean your apartment once a month and while you are on your 2 week break. They are very bondable and they clean under the landlords supervision. They wash all your linen and clean the apartment - there have never been any complaints about theft!! The cleanings are also included in your renters package.
The apartments are situated in a prime, scenic, and convenient location: ~ 5 minute drive to MUA, ~ 10 minute drive to the Nevis airport and ~ 5 min drive to the Nevis police station!
The landlords name is Mr. Jones. He is the friendliest & most caring landlord you could ask for while studying. He is around often, but he does not invade your privacy (this is important from my experience as some landlords DO enter your house when you are @ school).
