Charles University 1st or 3rd faculty for a Canadian student

Hello there,

I would like to ask if anybody who has any information regarding my dilemma could kindly offer me advice:

I got accepted into the 1st and 3rd faculties of Charles University. I'm not quite sure which one would be a better fit for me. The main reason why I'm debating between the two is the 1st faculty's California approval. I also noticed it has more North American students than the 3rd one - it probably has more of an experience with students trying to go back to N.A. I've been to the premed program at the 3rd one and I really liked it, it's much more friendly towards the students and offers better support. The first year subjects are sort of a continuation from the premed program, so I believe I have higher chances of passing there. I also like the teaching methods better there that at the 1st faculty. Additionally, the overall attitude towards the students is more welcoming and caring at the 3rd one (this I know from my own experience and from other students of both faculties).

Since I'm Canadian and my career goal is to go back to Canada (doesn't have to necessarily be right after graduation since I also have Slovakian roots and I wouldn't mind staying in Europe for a couple of years), does anybody know whether choosing the school with the CA approval is worth it over choosing the school that I theoretically like more? Like does it make it that much more easier to go back to N.A.? I mean if I don't get kicked out, I could spend at least six years at the school.

Also, does anybody know anything about taking the MCAT after two or three years of medical studies at Charles and trying to get into a Canadian med school? Which faculty would be, in that case, more suitable?

Thanks to anybody who takes the time to reply :)
