I haven't made it any secret that I think the administration of PUMS is terrible. If you want to be a doctor you can do it by coming to this school but they don't do much to help and in many ways they put up barriers to your success.
Case in Point - Students applying to the 2014 Match need certain documents sent from the Dean's office to ECFMG for certification (transcripts, diplomas etc.). These documents can take up to two weeks to be uploaded from ECFMG to ERAS (if none of this makes sense to you, don't worry because in a few years it will). The Match opens up on September 15th which means that the Dean's office, at the latest, should send documents to ECFMG by September 1st.
I am currently having my documents delayed, and why do you ask? Because they Dean's didn't feel like showing up to work the other day. This is NORMAL for this school. They are completely unreliable and don't give two shits about the students. Be warned and expect this treatment so when shit hits the fan you're not surprised.
I truly hope somebody from the school reads this but even if they do, I don't expect anybody to give a crap. Screw those guys.
