Study and live permanently in Russia

Hello, I'm thinking of studying medicine in Russia with the goal of live and work in the same country, is it a good idea? how are the job market for doctors in russia? Russia is a nice developing country and I really don't like my country.

I have heard many stories of racial issues, but I'm a white guy and I think that I'll have not any problems.

Is the SSMU (Siberian State Medical University) good for my purposes?
