Accomodation in Cebu for Southwestern

Hi all,

I've been accepted to study in Southwestern University this year but have been told that they don't have any accommodation on site.

As I'm in UK I was just wondering what the best way to go about finding accommodation would be, and is it best to do it once there?

Would be grateful if anyone in Cebu could give me information on prices and things I should expect.
