Riga Stradins Medical School

Hi guys,
I would like to apply for medical application process in Riga Stradins Univ.
But i do not know if my application is competitive!
For ex: i got the maximum evaluation in high secondary school! ( with honours)
But i did not completed my bachelor in Biology ( sat only 12 examx, on above 24) simply because i do not like biology. It is too technical for me.

My english is very good but i have not a certification.
Well to be honest i have cambridge certification but passed with grade C and they require grade B, otherwise they will look at your school report ( where i have the maximum in English)

I schould insert also 2 recommendation letters, but writing them is not usual in italy where i live and some teachers told me: no, i can't write a letter!


I was thinking of applying next year ( maybe to improve my curriculum)
But there is the possibility to apply this November!!!

Should i risk? Or not?
If i fail, i have to re-prepare all the documents again for the following session!!

Please, give me advice!
