Ive been hearing different things from different people and just wanted to clear this up once and for all - The accreditation that everyone talks about applies for eligibility to do ROTATIONS in those states only, but even though the chances would be less we would theoretically be eligible to do our RESIDENCY and get a license anywhere in the country provided we fulfill state requirements. Is this correct or am I way off?
