Residency Training in Ireland and Germany

Hi, I know this has been discussed multiple times but I did not get a clear picture, So I am asking again.

I graduated from India and also completed USMLE (all three steps). I was wondering whether I pursue my residency training in Ireland or Germany. If so whom should I contact for the information.
