Two American roommates looking for a third, studious, responsible, reliable roommate. Both of us are upper semester students. The apartment is a luxury apartment in a very nice neighborhood close to the largest urban park in Guadalajara. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. ICB campus is 15 minutes walking. The apartment is well furnished and the available room is currently furnished and decorated/private terrace off bedroom with sliding door to outdoor space ...obviously incoming roommate is welcome to personalize the room/space. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate and there is a 1/2 bath in the hallway for guests. There is 24/7 security with door man who can receive packages/mail at all times. Rent is $6050 pesos/month. Rent is typically paid at the beginning of the semester, 6 months in advance so that there aren't issues further in the semester. We can discuss that in person, as I can pay rent up front and incoming roommate can pay me later as funds are available. Bills are split 3 ways.
