We are renting out 2 rooms, in a 4 bedroom house. they both will be available on the 1st of Jan. House is ONLY a 5 min walk to ICB and 7 miles away from HAL. Home is fully furnished with full access to all common areas.

One is the master bedroom it has its own full bathroom. Also comes with 2 closets and selves built into both and a ceiling fan, it faces the back of the house for its very quite. The room comes unfurnished. Room is very big you can fit a cali king mattress and desk and you still have room. Rent is 460 $USD
Second bedroom is good size room, also comes with a closet and built in selves, and a ceiling fan as well. To reiterate this room has the shared bathroom with 2 males who are very clean and tidy. This room faces the street with a big window so lost of light comes into it room also comes unfurnished. Rent is 420 $USD.
MUST BE OK WITH DOGS. We have a 2yr old pitbull gets along with everyone. very gentle and quiet.
Very close to shops, starbucks, grocery stores.
