Hey! Before submitting my ROL I thought I'd double check each states temporary license requirements and I realized that I may not meet the requirement... any info would be helpful.
Michigan- there application states that all rotations must be done in a teaching hospital (which they have described as a hospital that has a residency program in the specific area of the rotation- in other words "greenbook")
Now my concern is that I did ob/gyn and surgery at Jackson Park Hospital in Chicago. Jackson park hospital only has family medicine residency.
When I called the michigan board they said that it all depends on how your school fills out your licensure paperwork. Has anyone done "greenbook umbrella" rotations and been approved for licensure in Michigan?
I'm afraid of matching in Michigan and then being rejected for licensure!
