CAF question about interrupted medical education

A question about a section in CAF where it asks: "Was your medical education/training extended or interrupted?"

I keep reading on the web that we always should say "no" in that section.

However, WHAT length of time is considered "extended" or "interrupted"??

Does the time that one takes for exams counts? And if it does, what amount of time falls under category "extended" or "interrupted".

What about other things, like family issues, moving to another country, etc? Interruptions between rotations (let's say school coudn't give you back-to back rotations? Like in my case, I had to wait 8 months after step 1 to get my first rotation?)

Am I being too paranoid and overthinking about this?
Maybe just put a "no" here, and explain later if they ask further questions?

Thanks for the input!
