is it better in germany or sweden?

which is the better for studying medicine? in germany, or sweden?
i always read that germany is the best, but my uncle (which had lived everywhere in the world...) said that sweden is better. can you please tell me if its true?

if it is, then what university would you recommend me (a 16years old, indonesian, 3rd year on high school) to check? i want to know the tuition fees and the requirement. also, the length of study. because i think it varies from place to place. for example here in indonesia it took 5 years, and in germany it is 6 years.
