Looking to an apartment

Hi my wife will be starting in September 2014 in the medical school. Does someone has any info on how to get an apartment in Poland close to the university.

Any help is much appreciated. Also looking to combine with a family so that it would be easier for my son who is going to be in school. My son is 13 years old.
