MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS and GENERAL WARNING ?????

Hmm…so I am planning on attending CMU in spring 2013. I went through the enrollment process which was strange to say the least. I called the US office and was transferred to the school in Curacao. I was instructed to speak to the Dean who also does admissions. So I spoke to Dean Tomczak who strangely told me he was the only American Dean that currently works in any Caribbean medical school (not sure if that is true, but seems a bit extreme). He not once asked me my name or my qualifications, just told me to apply and I’ll be fine. Did anyone else have a similar experience? I have 73 credit and reading the previous post about the above has be second guessing about CMU. I have also heard this school closed down multiple times? Any answers will help!
