I have a 6 month lease on a studio apartment that ends July 31st that is available for sublease ASAP! It is located in the west loop and in a great area. Rent is $1680 per month but can be negotiated to a lower amount!! This includes internet/trash/water, electricity typically runs $20 a month. Cable is available through the cable company for $20 for a base digital cable package. Washer/dryer is in the apartment. Several pieces of furniture have been bought new in the past few months and can be left for an additional amount agreed upon. There will be no move-in/out fees.
