I wanted to find out what the situation was like at SABA regarding the murder of a student in May 2015. A suspect has been detained (a SABA student) for murdering the other student, but I wanted to find out why the school has declined to comment on this. How are the students doing and what have they been told? There was an article I read that said that many females had received threats and harassment emails from an anonymous person and mentions of a stabbing, but the school did not seem to do much about these threats. Is this true? I just don't understand why the school would try to sweep this under the rug or why they did not do anything significant about those threats? This concerns me about the safety of the school. What is the general tone on campus nowdays? Has the school offerend any support or grief counselors? This is such a serious event, and I feel extremely sorry for the girl who was murdered. I also hope that something like this isn't just swept under the rug though so that prospective students don't really know about what happened. People should make informed decisions before going off to a foreign place.
