I am recommended to take a medical leave of absence soon because my grades are so bad, recover is pretty much impossible in my mental status. Needing above 90s in one class to pass, and the other 2 are going through the same pattern.
This LOA is the only chance i have to stay in school without flunking out. And it would mean that I would be on a 7 semester track (ive been having difficulties since semester 1.)
Even though they are recommending I take an entire semester off, I cant do that. That long amount of time would be more than enough to recharge, but that length of time would make me feel so bored and useless, and it would be even harder to "get back into the game" after so long not studying.
So I am opting for the short term, giving me 6 weeks if i get everything set by this weekend.
my question to everyone here:
How do i get my confidence back up. How do i feel better during this time. How do i give myself the right mindset to get through semesters 3,4 and 5.
I dont know how some people can always find time to party and even come to class drunk and still some how do well enough to be on the deans list.
please help me. thanks.
