Can I transfer from AUA to any U.S. med school?

I finished my application and recently had my interview. I think all went well although my GPA 3.27 is far from great I had 2 very good LOR and activities to make up for it. I was kinda late for the mcat(recently took it) and didn't want to wait an entire year since unlike the Caribbean, most med schools only accept new students for the fall semester and there's also the deadline.

I'm wondering if I get accepted to AUA will I be able to transfer to a U.S. med school or Puerto Rico, preferably. I haven't found much useful information on this matter. I'm guessing probably not since aua is not an LCME approved school. While searching on transfer info on some of them specified that transfer must be from an LCME med school. Also, if someone from aua knows about the agreement with San Juan Bautista school of medicine P.R. clinical rotation since they are LCME approved and if I could transfer there. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
