I'm an American college student who really wants to do the physiotherapy program here. Unfortunately my GPA is terrible (2.2. Yes, I know this is bad, I'm not going to explain my whole story as to why just please don't lecture me on it). I'm absolutely terrified that my GPA will hold me back from this dream. However I have been doing better in recent semesters and consistently have been doing well in all my science classes (Biology, anatomy, physiology, and chemistry). I am also a certified EMT-B. I am a very hard worker and know I would do well and thrive here, just am hoping I can get a chance to prove that even if I could just make it far enough to get an interview.
Is it possible that I might get accepted despite my bad GPA?
