First of all, I'd like to thank anyone in advance who is able to give me any helpful information.
I am a 30 year old paramedic in Canada who will be applying abroad to medical schools for 2016.
I have a year of my Bhsc degree completed (started last year), my paramedic education and obviously high school. I am looking at attending a 6 year EU program. Realistically the only programs that I could afford are the Polish ones and a friend of mine graduated from one this past year so he has given me some familiarity with them.
I don't wish to return to Canada after my studies, as we would like to move to the UK for foundation, residency and hopefully employment.
I have a six and an eight year old, I am married, so we would all be going. My main programs of interest are Jag and Gdansk due to their international schools for my children. My wife is currently the director of a nursing home but would most likely be forced to teach English as a source of viable income in Poland.
If anyone has attended an EU school, especially E-EU and can offer some advice or anecdote, I'd appreciate it.
Thank you.
