Here is the information I have gathered, for the first time in the last 1000 years, UAG was actually not responsible for causing this program to end, which is my way of basically saying, for once their San Antonio office WAS HONEST WITH STUDENTS. The state of NV passed a law during the last state legislature, which barred img's from residency and the per-internship program at sunrise and numerous other hospitals. According to the state medical boards general council, the board themselves was never consulted on this law,she mentioned that I was the 4th student to call on this issue which facilitated efforts by the state board to discover how and when this law was passed. She also stated that is three or more students challenged this law, they could petition the board on their behalf. It seems she could not understand given the state of NV current physician shortfall, how this law has any benefit to residents and patients
