STAT Living currently has an apartment 5 minutes from St. Johns Episcopal Hospital. This home is spacious - and has two floors (DUPLEX Style) with separate entrances. There are two rooms on each floor and one bathroom on each floor. The washer/dryer is on the 1st floor and is available to everyone staying in the home. We also have a living room area on each floor with Cable TV including premium channels. The kitchen is on the second floor as well as dining area. Each room has a full size bed, chest of drawers, study desk with lamp, and a closet. Outside, there is a side driveway with a gate for parking but there is plenty of available street parking. The Q22 bus is 1 block away and drops you directly in front of St. Johns Hospital in 6 minutes (if this is your destination). The A train is 3 blocks away which can take you directly into Manhattan. There is weekly cleaning of all common areas and shared bathrooms so no need to worry about the cleanliness of the apartment. You would be living with medical professionals ONLY (medical students, residents) such as yourself as this is the population we cater to.
