I can't decide if I should take step 1 first or start rotations (my school allows it without step). Would I get time to study for step 1 during rotations and is it too late to apply for 2017 residency since I haven't started rotations yet and I still have to do step 1 and other boards too or its still possible.
I wanted to apply for 2017 residency but I couldn't take the exam in summer due to some reasons so is it too late now to finish off everything or I can still finish it on time if I start rotations in November and study during rotations
