MBBS Internship in the States

Hello all:

I'm an American citizen studying MBBS in China. In order to graduate there is a mandatory one-year internship that is usually completed at the teaching hospital of the university.

Are there any other American citizens who are studying MBBS abroad? Can anyone provide any information about doing the clinical rotation internship in the States as opposed to the Foreign Medical School?

I'd like to do the one-year internship in the USA instead of China. Thank you in advance for your help.
