USMLE Step 3 tutor needed

I am looking for a few highly motivated, caring, and patient tutors for step 3, and possibly for step 2 and step 1. The ideal candidate has exceptional scores, but more importantly, able to explain and clarify concepts and troubleshoot areas of improvement. Prior teaching experience is preferred. Compensation is generous, and most of our students are skype-based so you can definitely make it work during residency.
