Letters of Recommendation

Hey everyone,

I am planning to apply to AUC in June 2016 for the September 2016 class. I have taken all of my pre-med classes, but am having trouble reaching a lot of my old profs. Some of them simply have not responded to me. I have a LOR from a Forensic Science prof (offered by the chemistry department). Would this count as the 1 required LOR from an individual science prof?
