The room available is on the second floor and has its own bathroom. The room is $5,000 pesos per month ($30,000 for 6mo, July 15- Jan 15). This is a great opportunity since most homes in this area require a native Mexican co signer. We divide the bills up three ways.
The house is far away from noise and other distractions, there is a nice park right in front, it is a very safe area and it is gated. Parking. We keep the house tidy and have a cleaning lady come in once a week. It is an awesome home!
