LOR advice for MS3

I have my LOR lined up easily, while rest of my classmates are struggling..... Here are my advice for people:

1) Create CV during your first rotation.
2) Treat every rotation like you want to match in it. You don't have to lie that you want to match into it, but work hard.
3) If you feel like you impressed an attending.... Ask them for a LOR at the end, even if you are a MS3. Just say you want to ask them early, so they have time to write it before everyone ask them during ERAS time. That is why you need CV. (You know they ain't gonna write you no LOR that early and store it.... But it creates a social obligation for them to write it when they get swamped by 10 medical students during ERAS time.... So you'll technically be 1st in queue)
4) ERAS time, send in updated CV with ERAS request form.
5) 2 weeks later send in personal statement, so that way it's a friendly reminder
6) I personally asked from 5 attendings, so I have choices, and back up for if 1-2 attending don't submit the LOR request.
7) When asking for LORs, have key terms...... Will you write me a STRONG LOR? Had one attending said he can't write strong since he only knows me for a week, but he can write good LOR. You know I ain't using that one straight up.
8) When asking LOR, ask attendings in office or schedule appointment.

So far everyone I know have troubles with LOR, or worried that attending won't submit on time.
